Breakfast:
Apple Blueberry Paleo Pancakes
Scrambled eggs (Omega-3, organic)
Grape tomatoes, sliced avocado
Sliced red pear
Black coffee
Lunch:
Leftover Spaghetti squash with Chicken Tomato Sauce
Steamed/sautéed brussels sprouts
Dinner:
Grilled center cut pork chops (through our local CSA) topped with roasted apples and raisins
(seasoned pork chops with garlic pepper and sea salt; chopped apples and placed in tin foil pouch, added a little butter and raisins and placed pouch on grill next to pork chops! So yummy and easy!)
Cauliflower mash (Paleo Comfort Foods cookbook; used beef broth instead of chicken and it added a nice flavor)
Sautéed Kale (in coconut oil)
